Booking
Do I need an account to book online?
No. Just pick a service, day, and time, and leave your name and phone number. We text you to confirm.
Can I drop my car off the night before?
Yes. Use the key drop box by the front door and fill out the envelope inside.
How long will my car take?
Oil changes take about 45 minutes. Most brake jobs and diagnostics are done the same day.
Pricing
Is the online estimate my final price?
It's a close range for most cars. We always text you the exact price before any work starts.
Do you charge for diagnostics?
Our diagnostic fee is $99, and it's applied to the repair if you have us fix it.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Repairs over $300 can be split into 4 payments with approved credit.
Warranty
What warranty do you offer?
Most repairs come with a 2-year / 24,000-mile parts and labor warranty, honored at 30,000 shops nationwide.
Will using you void my factory warranty?
No. Federal law lets you service your car anywhere. We use quality parts and keep records for you.
Shop
Do you have a shuttle?
Yes. Our free shuttle goes anywhere within 5 miles of the shop.
Do you work on all makes?
We work on most cars, SUVs, and light trucks, both domestic and import.
