Before we arrive
We text you the day before to confirm the time. If you won't be home, let us know how to get in. Many clients use a lockbox or door code.
Should you clean first?
No. That's our job. It does help to pick up clothes, toys, and dishes, so we can spend our time on the deep cleaning instead of tidying.
The first visit takes longer
We recommend a deep clean for your first visit. It gets your home to a fresh starting point, so every visit after that is faster and costs less.

Pets
We love pets. Just let us know if any should stay in a closed room while we work.
After we leave
We text you when we're done. Walk through your home, and if anything isn't right, tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and fix it for free.
