Our story
I'm Sarah Harper. I grew up in Bradley County, and I've practiced law here for more than 20 years. I started this firm because I saw too many people afraid to call a lawyer, worried about the cost or being talked down to.
My partner, David Lowe, joined me in 2012. David focuses on personal injury and business law, and I focus on family law, estates, and probate. Between us we have more than 30 years of experience in East Tennessee courts.
