Questions & answers
Quick answers about consultations, fees, and how we work.
Consultations
How much does a consultation cost?
Your first consultation is free and confidential.
Can we meet by phone or video?
Yes. We meet in person, by phone, or by video, whichever is easier for you.
What should I bring to my consultation?
Bring any papers related to your case, like accident reports, court papers, deeds, or old wills, and a list of your questions.
Fees
What does 'no fee unless we win' mean?
For injury cases, you pay attorney fees only if we recover money for you. If we don't win, you owe us no attorney fee.
What is a flat fee?
A flat fee is one set price for a job, like a will or a deed. You know the full cost up front, with no hourly billing.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Most flat-fee work can be split into 2 or 3 payments.
Working with us
Will I talk to an attorney or an assistant?
You'll always meet with an attorney. Our staff may help schedule and gather papers, but your attorney gives the advice.
How fast will you call me back?
We return calls and texts the same business day, usually within a few hours.
Is what I tell you kept private?
Yes. What you share with us is confidential, even during a free consultation.
Legal note
Is this website legal advice?
No. This website gives general information only and is not legal advice. Every case is different, so please talk with an attorney about yours.
