Our story
I'm Grace Kim. I started my career as a floor nurse right here in Cleveland, and I spent 15 years caring for residents before I became administrator of Rosewood Hills.
Being a nurse first shapes everything we do. I still walk the halls every day, I know our residents by name, and my door is always open to families. Our Director of Nursing has more than 20 years of experience, and many of our nurses and aides have been with us for over a decade.
Choosing a nursing home is one of the hardest decisions a family makes. Our job is to make it easier. We answer every question, help with insurance, and treat your loved one the way we would want our own parents treated.
