Do you accept Medicare and Medicaid?
Yes. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, VA benefits, most private insurance, long-term care insurance, and private pay. We'll verify coverage for you at no cost.
How much of rehab does Medicare cover?
After a qualifying hospital stay of 3 nights, Medicare often covers the first 20 days of rehab in full and part of days 21 to 100. We'll check your exact benefits.
Can you help us apply for Medicaid?
Yes. Our business office helps families gather paperwork and apply for TennCare Medicaid, free of charge.
Tours & admissions
How quickly can my loved one be admitted?
Often within 24 to 48 hours of a hospital discharge, depending on bed availability.
Can we tour on the weekend?
Yes. Tours are available 7 days a week. Schedule online or just call.
What should we bring on move-in day?
Comfortable clothing, toiletries, a few favorite photos or keepsakes, and a list of medications. We'll send you a full checklist.
Daily life
What are visiting hours?
Families are welcome every day. We ask visitors to sign in at the front desk.
What do residents do during the day?
Daily activities, music, crafts, faith services, garden time, and visits from therapy dogs. We post a new calendar each month.
Can we video call with our loved one?
Yes. Our activities team helps residents with video calls to family any day of the week.
